Further details, terms and conditions
All the details, plus terms and conditions, regarding the scope and duration of work, quote and payment terms and conditions will be included in your quote and the following agreement between you, the customer, and Poetic Licence. By accepting a quote and agreement, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated. Given the bespoke nature of Poetic Licence work, there is a no cancellation / no deposit refund / no refund policy.

By getting in touch with Poetic Licence, you are confirming that you 18 years of age or over.
Consent
Poetic Licence reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company. Poetic Licence also reserves the right to deny access to the website. www.poeticlicence.ie is the online presence of Poetic Licence. All information received, independent of format, is considered extremely confidential. All information kept on file will never be passed on to anyone else. Under no circumstances are payment details kept.

As no two customers are the same, each Poetic Licence business and / or writing solution is developed exclusively for, and for use by, you. Each solution is developed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be used by anyone else beyond you, the Poetic Licence customer who has contracted the Poetic Licence solution.

All Poetic Licence poems, speeches and eulogies are the copyright of Sophie Broadhead and Poetic Licence and may not be reused or replicated without permission. Sophie Broadhead holds the right to read or reproduce any poem, speech or eulogy written by her at any time. Poetic Licence poems, speeches and eulogies must not be used for commercial purposes or financial gain.
Poetic Licence holds the right to display details from your poem, speech or eulogy on the website and in the media and social media. All identifying details will be removed.
Copyright – Poetic Licence audio recordings
In the case of bespoke poems, speeches and eulogies, you will receive an audio recording of Sophie Broadhead reading your Poetic Licence piece. This will prove useful in order to hear how the writing flows. It can also provide guidance / reference should you wish to practise the piece before you read it out to / present it to an audience.
All audio recordings of Poetic Licence poems, speeches and eulogies, read by Sophie Broadhead, are the copyright of Poetic Licence and Sophie Broadhead and may not be reused or replicated without permission. Sophie Broadhead holds the right to use details from, or part of, an audio recording of your Poetic Licence piece on the website and in the media and social media at any time.
